    The Applewood Women's Golf Club (AWGC) is an 18-hole league which plays on Tuesday mornings, April through October, at Applewood Golf Course in Golden, Colorado. We have a lot of fun but are also competitive and hold several tournaments with 'Plays of the Day' throughout the season.

We welcome and encourage players who are mindful of golf etiquette and pace-of-play and all players are expected to know and follow the USGA Rules of Golf.     Applewood Women's Golf Club is a certified member of the Colorado Golf Association (CGA).

    The par-71 course at Applewood Golf Course in Golden, Colorado was opened back in 1961. It was designed by J. P. Maxwell, ASGCA, and measures nearly 6300 yards. Applewood is a target-oriented course that requires strategic thinking and often takes the driver out of the bag. Featuring slight elevation changes, water hazards and a mix of local wildlife, our course is one you'll want to play time after time.

    Applewood Men's Club is looking for more members and invites you to take a look at what they have to offer. The Men's Club has scheduled 18 different events throughout the summer on Saturday mornings. The cost to join the club is only 5, which includes your USGA GHIN number & Players Club Membership.

    Interested in joining the club? The AMGC is made up of about 125 men who range from ages 21 to 80+. Not only is there a great mix of ages, but of all abilities as well.

    We host several of the Denver Metro Area's Corporate Golf Leagues as well as a Men's and Women's Applewood Golf Club. Our Men's Golf Club plays on Saturday mornings throughout the year and our Women's Golf Club plays on Tuesday mornings. Our course is fun to play over and over again and is a challenge for all ability levels. We are centrally located and have great prices.

    If you're looking for a place to host a special event or tournament, Applewood is the place for you. We offer a great selection of menu options to fit what you're looking for. The tournament fee will cover the cost of: Greens Fee, Cart Fee, Range Balls and Prize Funds. It can include the price of food as well if that is something you would like to add.
