The Applewood Women's Golf Club (AWGC) is an 18-hole league which plays on Tuesday mornings, April through October, at Applewood Golf Course in Golden, Colorado. We have a lot of fun but are also competitive and hold several tournaments with 'Plays of the Day' throughout the season.

We welcome and encourage players who are mindful of golf etiquette and pace-of-play and all players are expected to know and follow the USGA Rules of Golf. Applewood Women's Golf Club is a certified member of the Colorado Golf Association (CGA).
The par-71 course at Applewood Golf Course in Golden, Colorado was opened back in 1961. It was designed by J. P. Maxwell, ASGCA, and measures nearly 6300 yards. Applewood is a target-oriented course that requires strategic thinking and often takes the driver out of the bag. Featuring slight elevation changes, water hazards and a mix of local wildlife, our course is one you'll want to play time after time.
